Cancellation Policy
Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you cannot make it to your appointment. Cancellations with less than 24-hours notice will be invoiced for 50% of appointment total. No call/no-show appointments will invoiced for 100% of appointment total. We still have to pay our stylists when appointments are cancelled or forgotten.
